Privacy policy (GDPR)
1. Controller

2. What we process, why, and on what legal basis
a) Hosting & server logs. This site is hosted on Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Ireland). When you visit, technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) is processed in server logs to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
b) Web fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). Your browser transmits your IP address to Google to retrieve the font files. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a consistent presentation of the site.
c) Scheduling (Calendly). The scheduling widget on this site is provided by Calendly LLC (USA) and loads together with the page; your browser transmits data such as your IP address to Calendly, and Calendly may set cookies (see the Cookie policy). If you book a call, Calendly processes your name, e-mail address, selected time, and any notes you provide, and we receive these to prepare and conduct the call — a step taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); the embedding itself is based on our legitimate interest in offering a convenient scheduling option (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
d) Contact by e-mail or phone. If you contact us, we process your message and contact details to respond (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. accounting records). Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months.
4. Recipients
Shopify International Limited (hosting), Calendly LLC (scheduling, after consent), Google Ireland Ltd. (fonts), and our e-mail provider. We do not sell personal data.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with future effect. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro) or your local EU data protection authority.
6. No automated decision-making
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
